From the kind of deep listening that is only possible when you step outside the ordinary and into something older and wiser than any of us.
My retreats are immersive experiences held in sacred and exclusive spaces designed for leaders who are ready to think differently, lead differently, and build differently. We work with Nature’s intelligence as our guide: the Seven Principles as our framework, Nature itself as our teacher.
You will leave with clarity you couldn’t access before. A vision grounded in something that lasts. And the felt sense — in your body, not just your mind — of what it means to belong to the web of life and lead from that place.
What to expect: Small groups. Intentional design. A mix of structured sessions, solo time in nature, ceremony, and spacious conversation. Each retreat is shaped around the specific needs of the group.

This is my most intimate offering. A 3–6 month container for founders, executives, and creative leaders who are ready to do the deeper work: aligning their narrative, their strategy, and their growth architecture with the principles that have sustained life on Earth for 3.8 billion years.
We will look at how you are telling your story — and whether it reflects who you are actually becoming. We will look at the systems you are building — and whether they are designed for resilience or just for speed. We will look at where you are in your own cycle — and what Nature’s intelligence says about the right next move.
